IC and Dutch shareholders part company

The pre­vious joint ven­ture IC Net­her­lands B.V. bet­ween Ger­ma­ny-based Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus Group S.à r.l., DENZ Hol­ding B.V. and MKED Hol­ding B.V. has been dis­sol­ved in mid-Decem­ber. Dutch based DENZ hol­ding B.V. has taken over all of the shares pre­vious­ly held by Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus Group S.à r.l. and MKED Hol­ding B.V. and will con­ti­nue to ope­ra­te the exis­ting busi­ness, most important­ly the ope­ra­ti­on of the stu­dent housing pro­per­ties loca­ted in Ams­ter­dam and Rot­ter­dam with 1,466 apart­ments, under a dif­fe­rent brand in the future.

For Inter­na­tio­nal Cam­pus, the Net­her­lands remains one of the important core mar­kets for stu­dent apart­ments. Under the lea­der­ship of the Dutch Head of Acqui­si­ti­ons, Rogier Het­ter­schijt, two new pro­per­ties have alre­a­dy been acqui­red for the brand THE FIZZ, the first of them will open in the win­ter semes­ter of 2021.
