International Campus unites two strong brands – THE FIZZ and HAVENS LIVING. Both stand for the belief that a home is so much more than just “four walls.” That’s why with us, people not only find quality apartments as well as comfortable renting and moving-in arrangements in attractive urban locations, but also the appropriate services and the connection to a vibrant community.

At home in Europe
THE FIZZ, our brand for students and learners, can be found in Aachen, Berlin, Bremen, Darmstadt, Frankfurt/Main, Freiburg, Hamburg, Hannover, Munich, Prague und Vienna. And even more is in the offing: Right now, we are developing three new locations in Berlin, Hamburg and Ludwigshafen.
Our new residential concept HAVENS LIVING, specially developed for people looking for a quick and hassle-free move, is inspired by the global market for furnished urban accommodation, co-living and co-working. We have been in Hamburg-Altona since 2022. Currently, more than 200 expats, long-distance commuters, people starting a new job, and many more have found a home here in the Hanseatic city. In spring 2024, we will celebrate the opening of a HAVENS LIVING on Volta Street in Frankfurt, and further locations in Berlin and Hamburg will follow. We’re excited to see our HAVENS LIVING family continue to grow. All in all, we currently have about 2,500 apartments in our IC portfolio, either in planning or development. At home in Europe.
